Can't recommend these sound massages enough. I had my fourth one yesterday and it was the most amazing one yet -with the addition of the giant gong and crystal sound bowls. I feel lighter, energetic, peaceful and all neck pain gone. Warby is only an hour out of Melbourne, so worth the drive out there.

I've had issues with tendinopathy in my ankle for the last 5 months which causes me constant pain. After one sound massage session today, I felt so much tension in my ankle release and I was able to walk and move it with more ease than I have in a long time. Thanks! Lots of love!!!

I have today received my second individual session of Sound Healing. It's quite a challenge to convey an impression, suffice to say it's profound. It's mysterious, and intoxicating. Quite beside the fact that I can actually feel the healing occurring, feel waves of activity through my body during, and am carried by the sounds and Bec's skill. It feels good, true and for me necessary. I am grateful and glad to the core that I can receive this level of healing in my own tribe. Thank you Bec, from the bottom and top of my heart! :) I look forward to the next one, and the group Sound Bath on Thursday at 7pm.

I experienced a narrative sound experience today with Bec and a wonderful group of women at The Sounds Healing and Meditation Centre in Warburton. It was so much fun and deeply satisfying to create music from the heart in response to paintings by Belinda Rogers. Thanks Bec!

Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect but Wow! Rebecca is a wonderful facilitator, what a great experience, my only wish is to have it every day. Much gratitude.

I have attended a few of Rebecca’s Soundscape/Soundbath sessions she has run as part of her diploma. I have found them all to be of value. Each one has provided a balance of informal experience coupled with cooperating with a group of people. I have found each journey I have gone deeper into the process as I have complete trust in Bec’s facilitation. Bec has held the space with a quiet strength that is understated and feels very safe. Thank you all you have offered us and our town! Good vibrations.

Rebecca Croydon conducted a sound-healing workshop at our office in Mitcham, as part of our Team Day. The workspace was transformed into a space that provided an opportunity to switch off and relax, with cushions, blankets, yoga mats, and of course, the instruments. Every effort was made to cater for those who wanted to sit as well as lie down to enjoy the process, so everyone was comfortable. Most staff had never attended anything like this before, so Bec clearly explained what sound healing entailed, and what staff could expect during and following the process. After the sound healing session, Bec provided an opportunity for staff to share what they had experienced, and this debriefing session was really valuable. All staff found it deeply relaxing and something that they had never experienced before. One staff member immediately wanted to attend another workshop as she gained so much from the session. So if you are looking for a nurturing activity for yourself, or your staff, to support self-care, I highly recommend Rebecca’s sound-healing workshop to you
